Don't Live With Shin Splints Anymore!

Why are patients having shin splints for so long? Often times, this is from having a kink in the low back- which is the same nerve that controls the portion of the front and outside part of the leg. That click causes that muscle to get abnormally tight and weak. This can cause you to overuse your anterior tibialis muscle.
